Well, it is with a bit of bittersweet that Spuds BBQ Co. worked our final job. We finished up with the NCAA Basketball tournament at Taco Bell Arena. We finished up with a bang and want to give a HUGE Thank You to our crew from Nampa Schools FCCLA, Columbia Dance and A few great folks from Nampa High Band, the crew from Aramark, Taco Bell Arena and Boise State. We were so grateful to have been able to work with you all! For ALL of the kids, parents and group leaders we have worked with over the years, many of whom we are lucky enough to still be in contact with, thank you! Most of y'all count Spuds as your 1st job and it was even more fun when we found out how many of you have never mopped a floor or washed a dish. You all helped make us successful and we really look forward to seeing you succeed beyond your dreams.....aspire higher!
Now, I think I will it back with a good cigar and raise a toast to all of you!

Well, we just cooked off 372 pounds of brisket and pork.....our last cook in Spuds BBQ Co World Headquarters!! It was bittersweet.
We are now selling the business off piece by piece. If you are interested or know someone in Idaho or elsewhere who would love to have a beautiful bright red trailer with everything needed to start a catering/vending business.....give me a call at 208-989-9060.

Spuds BBQ Co. Finished out the football season with the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl at Albertsons Stadium. Highlight of the game was being able to serve our Q to Coach Harsin and his wife. Sure wish I had gotten a picture with them!

Well, we didn't win the Grand Prize but our Ribs took 5th place and that isn't too bad considering who we were competing against.
We won "Best Fair Square" meal at the Western Idaho Fair for our BBQ Parfait, took 5th in Ribs, been on T.V. and in both local papers...all within 30 days. Life is truly great!
