We roast in small batches and pack onsite for maximum flavor & freshness! We ship anywhere within the USA.

Friends and guests in Hawaii—please be safe not sorry. They’re clearing beaches now and the tsunami alarms have been going off hourly so it’s best to play it safe and get to high ground by 7pm HST.

Sorry, not sorry for being absent from the market this week!! This is coffee parchment just harvested, hulled and drying on 81 racks. Each rack needs to be stirred every 30 mins when wet and then at least every 2-3 hours during the sunny part of the day to ensure it dries evenly. If the weather cooperates, it only takes about 10 days but this is very late in the season and the clouds are rolling in each afternoon. Praying for sun! 🙏

We had SUCH A BLAST at the ! Thank you to all our customers who came to enjoy our “Dancing Goat” creations, banter awkwardly in Olde English and hear the tales from long ago. It was our pleasure and duty to caffeinate the masses to keep you safe on your long journeys home. Thank you to all who participated and volunteered to put this amazing event on. We cannot wait for next year!

It’s October!!! If pumpkin is your jam, then we’ve got you. Fresh roasted kabocha pumpkin, farm banana, coconut milk, Tahitian vanilla cream and a splash of our specialty Gold roast coffee and pumpkin spiced almond milk…marbled with a touch of coconut cream! 🎃 Our vegan option is even more coco-nutty-licious. See you at our pop-up booth tomorrow, 8am - 2pm ish at the OKK market.

WOW. WHAT A DAY!!!! So grateful to for allowing us to be a part of this very special day! I also want to thank this amazing community and our customers for their incredible PATIENCE with us as we served double the amount of drinks we have ever done on our best day. (That’s over triple the amount we typically do at the Wednesday Naalehu market!) We will definitely need a better POS system next time because I like happy faces and short waits!! God bless you all and may we sleep well tonight. 😜

We’ve got so much more than coffee this week!
Figs, soursop, limes, sharwil avos, ice cream beans and star apples. 💚 As usual we’ll have our fresh- roasted coffees, our delicious frozen creations, and our newest coffee shake…

…The MacNut Crunch! That’s a combo of my very favorite things: Mauna Loa Milk Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts (only the best) 😍, organic cream, and of course our frozen coffee blended with all the good stuff, including Tahitian vanilla and a mauka of whip drizzled with chocolate sauce. It’s a crunch paradise. ☺️
