What a night! ☀️🍸

A heartfelt thank you to all of our VIP members who joined us for our Welcome to Summer VIP Cocktail Party on May 29. From fresh oysters and chilled seafood to lobster rolls, swordfish bites, and sweet mini tres leches cakes, the evening was filled with great food presented by Chef Juan Alvarado and Chef Mario Osorio, great conversations, and even better company.

Events like these are our way of showing appreciation for the guests who continue to support us throughout the year. We loved kicking off the summer season with you and look forward to many more memorable experiences together.

Some people simply pour wine. Jennifer creates an experience.

Jennifer has been a longtime friend and supporter of S&P Oyster, and over the years has played an important role in helping shape many of our food and wine experiences. From participating in tastings for future menus to collaborating behind the scenes with vineyards, purveyors, and our culinary team, her knowledge and passion for wine bring something truly special to the table.

During this past Winter Wine Series, Jennifer’s presence elevated every evening. Working seamlessly alongside our chefs and winery partners, she thoughtfully assisted with wine pairings for each course while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere for our guests. Her ability to share the stories, nuances, and craftsmanship behind each wine added an entirely new layer to the dining experience.

Formally trained through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Jennifer brings both expertise and infectious enthusiasm to every event she touches. Whether discussing varietals, regions, or why a particular pairing works so beautifully with a dish, her love for wine is unmistakable and incredibly inspiring.

We are so grateful for the time, talent, and energy Jennifer brings to S&P and our wine dinners. Her passion helps turn these evenings into unforgettable experiences for our guests.
