As today has approached my heart has been so heavy... not knowing exactly what to say...
I want to first say thank you to all my former friends who have supported me and then the knew friends that welcomed us !! I have no regrets I'm so proud of the family I have who have supported me during this adventure !!
My husband for encouraging me to take the leap of faith! To the my staff, words can't express enough how grateful I will always be for yall !! For all the countless hours cleaning and late nights we've had !! One thing about it we knew how to have fun while we were working !! I will forever be grateful for Mimi's Kitchen!! The Lord has been so good to me !! So very blessed !!

Mimi and the entire staff at Mimi’s Kitchen regret to inform you all, this will be our last weekend open. We would like to thank the community for the support we have received, and the friendships we have built over the last few months. This has not been an easy decision, but it is a necessary one. We wish everyone in the West Union community the best, and hope everyone will join us in support this weekend. We also wish our successor the absolute best, and we will join this community in support of them. We firmly believe that when one door closes, another opens.
