The Chemist is Myrtle Beach's cocktail laboratory — a bar, kitchen, and brunch spot at
300 9th Ave N where every drink is treated like a formula and every night is the experiment.
🍸 THE BAR
Mon–Fri 4PM–2AM · Sat–Sun 11AM–2AM. A menu of signature "formulas" built to be explored —
tell the bar what you like and we'll mix your experiment.
🍗 THE KITCHEN
Soul food, daily from 4PM till late. Golden Hour 4–9PM: wings, Nashville hot chicken,
chicken & waffles, lamb chops, blackened salmon, burgers and more — then a tighter
late-night menu from 9PM till last call. You never have to drink on an empty stomach here.
🥂 R&B BRUNCH
Every Saturday + Sunday, 11AM–5PM. Soul-food plates, mimosa towers, and a DJ from the first
