OkWestpickup HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. Place orders on your site at www.myherbalife.com.
2. On the first checkout page select "Pickup" and "Dallas Sales Center"

Next add "Katherine Kent / Alexa Schoelen " in the "Pickup By Name" window. Both names must appear for orders to be released from the warehouse.
4. When your order is confirmed, copy and paste the order number above. Complete the rest of the form info. Double check order number before submitting!
5. Deadline for submitting your order numbers for pickup is 10 PM Tuesdays.
6. OkWest PickUp will not

be held responsible for orders not picked up due to and not limited to Wrong names, Shipped Orders, Wrong Order Numbers or Orders that Do Not Show as Submitted on OkWest PickUp website! We will not be responsible for anything missing from your clubs once we leave. When our drivers arrive please check in the orders with them and make sure each order has the right amount of boxes or bags that is on the order paper! Wrong pickup name? No problem!! To have pickup name changed, call:
