🚨 NEW FEATURED DOG: THE BOOMTOWN RIPPER 🚨

Apparently with school starting this week I’ve decided to join the marching band and toot my own horn because THIS HOT DOG IS RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS. 📣😂🌭

Meet this week’s featured dog: THE BOOMTOWN RIPPER. 💥

🌭 Our deep-fried Koegel Vienna
💥 Boom Sauce
🥓 Bacon
🧀 Shredded cheddar
🧅 Crispy fried onion petals

At this point, we already know some of you would put Boom Sauce on a flip-flop and call it dinner, so adding bacon, cheddar and crispy onion petals seemed like the responsible thing to do.

It was not. 😳

This thing is creamy, cheesy, smoky, crunchy and completely disrespectful to every plain hot dog that came before it.

I’m not saying it deserves a standing ovation…

…but I am saying the band should probably keep playing. 📣🥁😂

It’s BACK! Bright, refreshing, perfectly tart, and basically sunshine in soft serve form. ☀️

🍰 Moo-Ville Ooey Gooey Butter Cake
Cream cheese ice cream with a cream cheese swirl and chunks of butter cake throughout. Yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. Yes, you need it. 🤤

And of course, DOLE Pineapple is always here for the loyalists. 🍍

📚 Apparently school starting means summer is over.

Here at Sunset Swirl, we’ve checked the calendar and have decided to reject that information. ☀️🍦

We’ve had a bunch of people asking when we close for the season, so here’s the official answer:

🚨 SEPTEMBER 30TH 🚨

Which means while the kids are heading back to school, Sunset Swirl still has SIX WEEKS OF SUMMER LEFT. 😎

Six more weeks of:
🍦 Ice cream for dinner
🌭 Hot dogs followed immediately by ice cream
🥤 Slushies that are definitely “for the kids”
🚗 “We’re just going for a drive” somehow ending in our parking lot
💸 Spending $27 on dessert and deciding it was cheaper than therapy

The school supply aisle can have its moment.✏️
Pumpkin spice can calm down. 🎃
And anyone putting up fall decorations in August needs to explain themselves. 🍁🪾

We’re not done yet.

In fact… we may or may not have a few NEW things coming to the menu for September. 👀

Are they necessary when we only have one month left?

Absolutely not.

Did that stop us? Also absolutely not. 😂

We’ll just leave that little bit of information right there for now. 🤐

You have until September 30th to get your fill before we shut the windows, turn off the machines and disappear into our winter cave until May.

So send the kids back to school.

Then come get ice cream without them. We won’t tell. 🤫🍦
