Oktoberfest, but make it dinner. 🍺🥨

Crispy pork schnitzel, bratwurst sliders loaded with bacon and smoked gouda, and a giant Bavarian pretzel with warm b**r cheese and candied jalapeño mustard. Basically, everything you need for a proper fall feast. 🇩🇪

Oktoberfest features are available daily at Lake Bluff Grille through October 31.

Road construction is continuing near Lake Bluff Grille this fall, but we’re open and ready for you. If you’re heading our way from the east on Sherman, take the detour:

➡️ Right on Beach St.
➡️ Right on Resort Ave.
➡️ Right on Larkin St.
➡️ Left on Cottage Grove St.

Our entrance will be on your right, about one block ahead. Give yourself a few extra minutes, follow the posted detours, and come see us. We’ll keep the drinks cold and the kitchen going while the road crews do their thing. 🍽️🍷

✨ Employee Spotlight: Tyler ✨
Meet Tyler, one of the valued members of our BOH team! 👏

Tyler joined RedWater in October 2022 and has been bringing his hard work, honesty, and sense of humor to the kitchen ever since.

He’s especially in his element on sauté, where he gets to put his skills to work. And when there’s a job nobody else wants to do? Tyler’s your guy. His words, not ours: “I am willing to do the work no one else wants to.” 😂

His teammates describe him as honest, helpful, hardworking, and always good for some banter. He knows how to work hard, take a joke, give one right back, and keep the kitchen a fun place to be.

Next up? Tyler has his sights set on becoming a BOH Manager in the next 1–3 years. We’re excited to see where he goes from here!
