ACF Convention 2026 & Live Fire Event.

1, 798 pieces of Fried Chicken, seasoned hand breaded and fried by yours truly in 90+ degree weather 😩😩😩.

400 pieces of cornbread croutons and 25 lbs of collard greens with smoked ham ....... could not have made it without my mentor Chef Jimmy Lee-Tbo Hill.

Needless to say, we made it happen!

Now I need a DND day for sure!
