🌮 10 THINGS THAT TAQUEROS DON'T TELL YOU 🌮

1️⃣ That you work a lot.

While others rest, you are preparing, buying, cooking, cleaning and attending.

2️⃣ That when you rest... you even feel guilty. 😂

Because your head begins: "What if I had opened? What if I had sold?"

3️⃣ That many times you don't even eat.

All day preparing food for others and you surviving with a taco standing and a soda. 😂🌮

4️⃣ That you are a taquero, griller, shepherd, butcher and cook... ALL IN ONE.

If something is missing, who does it? Well, you. 😅

5️⃣ That you don't always sleep your 8 hours.

There are days when you finish late, you get home tired and you still have to prepare things for the next day.

6️⃣ That you are also a shipper, delivery man, buyer and even mechanic when offered. 😂

Because in your own business you learn everything.

7️⃣ That your self-esteem goes up and down with sales.

One day you say: "What a nice business I have!" ❤️

And another day: "What if I better sell everything?" 😩😂

8️⃣ That a loose sale can even change your mood.

You have everything ready, meat ready, sauces, vegetables, tortillas... and people just don't arrive. 🥲

9️⃣ That sometimes the person who scolds you the most... is the one who works with you. 😂

"Have you already done this?"

"Why didn't you do that?"

"I told you to do it!"

And there you go again... because the business has to come out. 🌮😂

🔟 That behind each taco there is a lot of work that no one sees.

There is tiredness, wakefulness, worries, shopping, bills, good days, bad days and a great desire to get ahead.

And even with all that... tomorrow we'll raise the curtain again. ❤️‍🔥

Because being a taquero is not just selling tacos.

It's fighting every day for a dream. 🌮❤️
