In order to ensure a comprehensive and accurate response, we have been diligently conducting a thorough investigation of the recent incident at one of our establishments. Our efforts involve meticulous review of CCTV footage and exhaustive analysis of transactional data.

During the pandemic, we implemented a gratuity option for our valued patrons, enabling them to express their appreciation for the service provided by our staff. We remain exceedingly grateful for the generosity displayed by our patrons, and our staff members are deeply appreciative of every contribution. We have continued to offer this gratuity option as it has proven to be a meaningful and impactful means of support. Due to the recent event, we have suspended the gratuity option at our drive-thru service.

We have been made aware of unauthorized activity on card transactions at one of our locations. As a responsible and ethical company, we are committed to rectifying any errors that may have occurred. We take a zero-tolerance approach to such behavior and have taken swift action by terminating the individual responsible for these actions. It is important to note that this isolated incident does not reflect the values and standards upheld by the rest of our team at Koji Express. We take this matter very seriously and are committed to ensuring that our patrons can continue to trust us to provide the highest level of service and security.
