My education project with my children over this strange time has been to teach them the value of money, the importance of innovation, to always be working toward their goals, to find things that make them happy and go in that direction for work, to work hard and always try to work for themselves as entrepreneurs. Well this is my 7 year old daughter’s brainchild, Princess Ava Clothing Co. Wear the Fun. She designed the logo, colors and all, picked the name, the tag line, and is saving up doing chores to earn enough for her first shipment of shirts. She also has plans to sell stickers once she’s back in school. Once she sells enough stuff she is going to design her website, which she will be paying for from her business account, and grow from there. This type of education will never become outdated. @ Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I spend most of my time cooking for other people, which is a dream come true. A blessing. Every once and a while I have to cook something special for my beautiful wife Christina Annenkoff, to remind her why she married me.
Grilled flat iron steak, with pickled onions and radish greens tossed in a homemade citrus honey vinaigrette with strawberries, blackberries, pine nuts and bacon, topped with blueberry wrapped organic goat cheese and dehydrated beets chips. Boom. @ MUNCH
