🚨ATTENTION: After almost 8 years, lots of prayer & discussion, we have made the hard decision to put our COFFEE BUSINESS up FOR SALE.
As many of our loyal customers know, over the last 2 years, Erik has experienced more & more allergic reactions. He has tried acupuncture & other methods to try & reduce the reactions, but 2 years later & he is having more reactions than ever. He is allergic to gluten, sugar, dairy, berries, all mammal products and the list continues… he is basically allergic to the shop. He has had several SEVERE reactions lately & we don’t want this to continue.
We are looking to sell quickly due to this. The sale includes the entire coffee business…like everything, the equipment, recipes, brand, tables, chairs, etc. all included. We can even discuss staying on board for a transitional period to teach you the ropes. We are proud of the successful business we have built here & so thankful for all the amazing community support! We wouldn’t still be here if it weren’t for you all!
There are 2 options to buy:
•Purchase ENTIRE COFFEE BUSINESS (all equipment included with an additional option to have us teach you the ropes). *However, the equipment will have to be relocated and set up to the building of your choice. I know of one that may be available.*
•Purchase the BUILDING & the ENTIRE COFFEE BUSINESS! Like, you could walk in & start making money! 🙌🏻(The building also has 2 apartments upstairs that can be renovated & turned into AIR B & Bs or apartments! So, this could bring in additional income monthly on top of a profitable coffee shop! Lots of square footage right on Main Street!)
‼️The building will NOT be sold without the purchase of the coffee business. This is non negotiable. You can purchase both together or you can purchase just the coffee business. You cannot purchase just the building. ‼️
This was my dream & I fulfilled it. Though this is not how we saw the selling of our business (actually we never thought we would sell it), this is what we have to do for the health of our family). Its really hard to see someone that you live struggling because of daily work.
We need to give him some relief. Please, help us sell the coffee shop, so that it continues in our community! Our community needs this little space…not being able to provide coffee & a place for our community to join together is the only reason we have continued to carry on despite Erik’s health concerns!
We ask that you pray for Erik and pray for a buyer so that our community doesn’t lose a staple that’s been in Munfordville for almost 8 years!
