Brats? Obviously. Bavarian pretzels? You bet. Whatever else we’ve got cooking? You’ll have to come find out!

Satchmo’s is headed to Flagstaff Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 3rd at Wheeler Park, and we’re bringing the food for what promises to be a very fun day. We’re talking live music, lawn games, stein hoisting, a wiener dog race, a brat-eating contest (yes, ours), and plenty of b**r. There’s even a Root B**r Garden and kids’ activities, so the whole crew can get in on the fun.

We’ll be serving brats, Bavarian pretzels, and more throughout the day!

Hey all! We’ve had a quick change of plans and will not be opening Satchmo’s Roadhouse in Munds Park today.

We’re planning to be back open Friday–Sunday for our regular hours.

Thanks for understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience. See you this weekend!

What a day at the Ladies Roadhouse Rendezvous! Great food, great people, and a whole lot of fun. We were so happy to be part of such a fun gathering in Munds Park, and even happier to see everyone having such a good time.

And for a little something beyond the BBQ, additional catering was provided by our sister catering company, Roux 66. Thinking outside the BBQ box for your next event? Roux 66 can help with charcuterie boards, salmon spreads, dips, and plenty more to round out your menu.

Planning an event? Give Roux 66 a shout and let’s make the food part easy!

There's no shortcuts for the best BBQ!

At Roadhouse, our meats spend hours in the smoker, developing the smoke, tenderness, bark, and flavor that make BBQ worth coming back for. The clock isn't something we're trying to beat, instead it's arguably the most important piece of the process!

And if you're curious just how much time goes into great BBQ, Jamie is here to break down all the fa(c)ts. Give the reel a watch and hear what it really takes to get that BBQ just right.

Good BBQ doesn't just happen quickly, it happens when it's ready. What's your go-to BBQ from Satchmo's Roadhouse?

Things are heating up at the Roadhouse! We've been having a little fun with the woodfired oven, and these new creations are bringing some serious flavor to the table.

Think hickory-smoked brisket, pickled onions, jalapeños, and Satchmo's BBQ sauce. Or go Cajun with andouille, southwest slaw, and house remoulade. And for the classic crowd, we've got pepperoni and banana peppers.

A little smoky. A little spicy. A whole lot of Roadhouse.

Come try them out in Munds Park and let us know which one gets your vote!
