Back when times were simple, the Fisher family got into the butcher's trade with one goal in mind; to provide the freshest, highest quality meats available. To accomplish that goal took a certain passion for the work we did and a certain pride in how we did it. Nowadays, eight generations later, we're proud to say we're still family-owned and operated. Friday we had a fun "soup Cookoff" at work for an employee carry in. Our top winners were cheeseburger soups, a beef and mushroom soup, and a Filipino soup called picadillo. They were all so good... we definitely ate well and were inspired by some new dinner ideas! 😋
