Hey y’all! We’ve been quiet far too long! Couple of exciting things!!!

Happy New Year!

First of all - Mamas House celebrated our first anniversary Jan 6th! We are so excited!

To celebrate we want to give out a free meal to one family. YES! We said FREE!

Secondly, Here’s how to enter: you simply comment on this post! Comment what your favorite type of food is (example: Italian, Mexican, American, etc!) We will then use a random name wheel to pick the winner! One entry per person!

We will contact the winner and figure out the perfect meal and time for you and your family!

Also, be on the lookout for a take and bake deal!

We missed our photo with Santa but we had a fabulous night serving volunteers and employees of Sedgwick County Emergency Services at the Fire Fighter Training Center. We are so blessed to have been able to serve local storm spotters, natural disaster crews, volunteer search and rescue with K-9s, etc!

We thank you all SO BIG for what you do for our communities!

Send us your name, contact number, date for pickup, what you’re wanting, and pre payment!

Italian - 1 jar of marinara (reg or mushroom), 1 small jar of Italian stewed tomatoes, 6 pack Italian garlic drop biscuits, 1 box pasta. - $35

Apple Pie - 1 quart jar of whiskey apple pie filling, 1 small caramel, 1 container of streusel topping and baking instructions. - $35

Create your own (sweets)- 4 different flavors of cookies (3 of each, totaling one dozen) $25

Create your own (salsa/sauce)- 3 jars of your choice of any of our salsas or sauces. - $35

Salsa basket - 3 jars of our salsas (regular or hot) and bag of chips.

Yesterday was busy! Between prepping for our family meals and the Derby Small Business Fair on this coming Saturday, we got a lot done! Will still be prepping allllll day tomorrow, too!

We made CINNAMON WHISKEY APPLE PIE STREUSSAL for our family meals and to have on hand to sample, caramel sauce for the pies, and we did batches of regular marinara and mushroom marinara!

Tomorrow is cookies and salsas!

Busy prepping for Thanksgiving and a show at Derby Small Business Fair! This Saturday at Hubbard Arts Center!

We’ve batched up both our marinaras (pictured is mushroom marinara but we have regular marinara as well), a couple jars of stewed tomatoes, our whiskey apple pies and caramel sauce for Thanksgiving dessert and samples for this weekend, and some cinnamon chip cookies!

Both us Mamas tried our hands at different versions of birria tacos .... Ummm - YUM 🤤🤤🤤 Melissa Tyrrell says her batch was pretty spicy, and we think ours was just right! Her presentation is also better and paired 2 sides. We each have samples for the other 🤣. Happy we tried these out tonight for my (Sarah's) husband's birthday dinner!
