Position: Counter Service Team Member
Company: Blu Burgers & Brew
Location: Mukilteo, WA
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Service Team Member to join our team at Blu burgers & Brew. Our fast-paced, casual dining establishment is known for its delicious burgers and cold beer, and we need someone who can help keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers as they come in and taking their orders
* Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions
* Preparing and serving food and drinks, including burgers, fries, beer and shakes
* Keeping the dining area clean and tidy, including wiping down tables and sweeping the floor
* Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
* Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol
