Looking to do a Food Truck August 25th or 26th. Please weigh-in with suggestions. We did Tacos last month, so perhaps a different genre? I would need to get all the required vendor paperwork (Certificate of Insurance, DHEC Cert, and Summerville Business License) submitted no later than August 19th.
