We have a few options to look at regarding the next trailer/truck. Since this was unexpected we are selling our 2010 Freightliner MT45 Step Van we planned to convert, to buy something ready to inspect and carry on - if anyone is interested in that please message us!

In the meantime, we are still open for catering requests! We have licensed commissary in Kinglsey (aka Scootch's!) and we will still serve our BBQ there on Monday’s! We aren’t going anywhere 😉

Well folks, this will be the final time you see the food trailer. Totaled due to hail and water damages from the storm.

We will try our best to find a replacement before July, but with how the market looks with materials and finished units skyrocketing it isn’t looking too great either 😅

It’s been an awesome run, hopefully we will make a come back. Until then, stay safe 🇺🇸 This is not a goodbye, just a slight setback. We’ll be back bigger and better than before.

Update on Thursday:

We are waiting on insurance to assess water damages, so we will not open until we are in the clear. Unfortunately that means no Oscar Carl, or any outings within the near future until things get figured out.

In the meantime, we are donating food to the Moville Fire Department and City Employees on Thursday at 6:30pm at the fire station for their hard work in our community this week.

The city of Moville crew, fire department, and all volunteers did an amazing job today cleaning up the town and helping those in need. Absolutely perfect display of community!

To show appreciation, we would like to donate enough pulled pork, rib racks, and sides to feed them sometime this week. A well deserved meal for folks who gave their shirts off of their backs today for others in need!

We hope everyone is okay from that storm! Those winds were crazy.

Unfortunately, we have some food trailer damages to assess before we can re-open. We will keep everyone posted about Thursday, but the current likelihood is not looking good.
