Last Saturday, May 16th, we officially celebrated the grand opening of Kona Island Coffee in Mountain View 🤎🌺

What started as a small Kona coffee trailer has now grown into our very first storefront — and seeing the community show up the way they did meant everything to us.

From the ribbon cutting ceremony, to the live Hawaiian music, to the packed café all day long… it truly felt like aloha filled the space.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us along this journey and helped us bring a little taste of Hawai‘i to the Bay Area.

This is only the beginning ☕️🌴

This Saturday will be our last at Turing at the Fields 🌺

These weekends meant more to us than we can put into words —
the familiar faces, the conversations, the little moments in between.

We’re incredibly grateful for this community and everyone who supported us along the way.

As we get closer to opening our storefront, we’re shifting our full focus there…
but this isn’t goodbye — just a new chapter.

Come see us one last time this Saturday ☕️

Meet Lanai

I grew up in Europe where crepes are simple, warm, and lightly sweet.

At Kona Island Coffee, we wanted to keep that tradition but add a little Hawaiian twist.

🥭 Mango jam
❄️ Powdered sugar
🥥 Coconut whipped cream

Simple. Tropical. Delicious.

Now available at our truck.

Ruben’s been coming by for his favorite drink for over two years now — and moments like this are why we do what we do. Coffee brought us together, community keeps us going ☕️🤍
