Sea Bar just got a Nashville accent. 🎤🐟
On September 23rd, we’re handing our kitchen over to Chef Ryan Costanza of Present Tense. Southbound Food Fest only comes around once a year, and we’re not doing it halfway.
Costanza’s whole thing is modern izakaya with a Sicilian soul: Japanese charcoal grilling, deep-cut fermentation, and a career that’s taken him from Sardinia to Asia to some of the best kitchens in the country. Translation - the man treats fish like scripture.
Together, our teams are building a one-night-only omakase menu. Pristine seafood, done every way we could dream up. No repeats, no reruns, just one very good night in Birmingham.
