Tony, you're weighing a little heavy on me today. First batch of Cajun dumplings I've made in a long time, they wouldn't even exist if you didn't have a hair brain idea one night. I hope you're up there. Feeding everybody, only the freshest ingredients to work with!!! Miss you brother!!
