We had so much fun popping up this weekend in Logan Square Babe’s Sports Bar!

The sense of community they’ve built is something truly special, and we were so grateful to be a small part of it for the day. If you haven’t checked them out yet, it’s one of the best places in the city to catch women’s sports. The space is cozy, welcoming, and full of charm, and the staff couldn’t have been more amazing.

We’re beyond honored to share that Cap’s Ice Cream has been named the Best Ice Cream Shop in Illinois by Tasting Table! 🎉

What started as a small neighborhood ice cream shop has grown into something truly special because of this incredible community. Thank you to everyone who has stood in line on a summer night, brought your kids for their first scoop, celebrated milestones with us, and made Cap’s a part of your family traditions. This is a full circle Cap’s moment ⚾🍦

We’re so excited to introduce The Rally Happ Sundae in collaboration with the Happ Foundation, started by Cubs player Ian Happ and his wife, Julie.

This one is extra special because Julie worked at Cap’s when she was in high school, so getting to partner with her and Ian now feels like such a fun full circle moment.

The Happ Foundation does incredible work supporting kids and helping create opportunities for them, and we’re so excited to help give back in our own Cap’s way.

The Rally Happ Sundae is made with Ian’s favorite flavor, Cookies & Cream, topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, crushed Oreos, sprinkles, and a cherry, served in a Cubs helmet.

All summer long, 20% of Rally Happ Sundae sales will be donated back to the Happ Foundation. See you at the shop soon!
