FARWELL — PLEASE READ! 🚨

We discovered that our Wi-Fi had been accidentally disconnected, which caused our payment system to switch into “offline payment accepting mode.”

What does that mean? 👇🏼

Your card was accepted when you paid at Soda Lounge, but because we had no internet connection, the payment was not actually processed by the bank at that time. Instead, the system safely stored those transactions until our internet connection was restored.

We have now reconnected the Wi-Fi, and our system is processing those stored payments. This means you may suddenly receive a receipt or see a charge from Soda Lounge TODAY, even though your purchase may have happened several days ago.

💳 If you see a Soda Lounge charge that you don't recognize, PLEASE check your recent purchases with us before disputing or denying the charge. It may simply be a purchase you made at our Farwell location days ago that is only now being processed.

Unfortunately, we don't know exactly how long the Wi-Fi had been disconnected, so these delayed charges could be from several different dates.

We are SO sorry for the confusion! 😭 We had absolutely no idea this was happening until we discovered the Wi-Fi had been unplugged.

Your payment wasn't taken twice — the original payment was simply delayed in processing. ❤️
