Come enjoy the evening with a New York Strip, hand-cut in-house and grilled over an open flame — the way we believe a good steak should be.

How about a nice big burger for Tuesday? 🍔

At Rancho, our burgers start with a ½ lb beef patty, ground right here in-house. Go simple with The Ranch Standard and melted cheddar, or try our Rancho Seco Burger with Oaxaca cheese, roasted poblano, bacon, guacamole and chipotle aioli.

Nothing fancy about it — just good ingredients, prepared in our kitchen and a burger made the way we like to eat one.
