A Heartfelt Farewell from Topsail Restaurant

After seven wonderful years serving the community, we have made the difficult decision to close Topsail Restaurant.

What began as a shared vision between Joseph Thomas and Brian Appelt grew into something truly special — a place where good food, laughter, and friendship came together.

To our incredible guests, loyal staff, vendors and others who supported us along the way — thank you. You made Topsail more than a restaurant; you made it a family.

We also want to share a special word of gratitude for Patrick Board, who has been part of the Topsail family for seven amazing years. Patrick’s warmth, humor, and craftsmanship behind the bar have defined so many of the memories shared here.

Our final service will be on Sunday, November 2, and we hope to see familiar faces as we celebrate one last time together.
