Fresh Crack Friday on a Pappy anyone?! Weโ€™ve got a brand new, yet-to-be-opened bottle waiting for you this weekend ๐Ÿ˜

Although it needs no introduction, next up is the newly released Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year ๐Ÿฅƒ

Aromas of caramel corn and vanilla mixed with leather, seasoned oak, and complex fruit greet you on the nose. As you savor a sip, a rich palate develops, with layers of sweetness, deep oak, and fruit depth, followed by a smooth finish ending with warm spice and lingering oak tannins.

Excited to add a few new special bottles to the bourbon shelves this week ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿ”ฅ (Weโ€™ve lost count, but itโ€™s somewhere north of 400)

First up is the Limited Edition E.H. Taylor Fall 2025 Bottled-in-Bond ~ The first new addition to the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection since 2006, this release celebrates the collectionโ€™s 25th anniversary

Starting with a rich nose of caramel, butterscotch and cherry, followed by tasting notes of sweet vanilla, dusty oak, baking spices, dark fruit, and rich toffee, and ending with a long, warming, and balanced finish with lingering sweet oak and spiceโ€ฆ weโ€™re looking forward to sharing this special bottle with you all starting tonight!

Celebrating 9 years open in August, but today we celebrate Chef Karen Stabler! She helped us open the restaurant and has been all in with us every day since, now leading as Executive Chef of our sister restaurant The Grit Counter - N. Charleston ๐Ÿ’ช
