Juan “JB” is an 18-year-old Mount Pleasant High School student who was diagnosed with leukemia just two weeks before graduation. JB and his hardworking family are now facing the emotional and financial challenges of his treatment and recovery.

A New Jersey native, Paige has been a familiar face around here for just over 7 years! With years of experience under her belt, she knows the ins and outs of the restaurant and takes pride in making every guest feel right at home.

Meet Emily, our General Manager! ✨

Emily has been a key part of keeping things running smoothly here at the restaurant for the past 4 years! A Pfeiffer graduate, Emily started with us as a server before stepping into a management role at Cafe Lentz and eventually working her way up to General Manager of 73 & Main. Her hard work, dedication, and familiarity with nearly every side of the restaurant make her an invaluable part of our team!

Chef Brandon has been an important part of the 73 & Main team for 8½ years! Originally from West Virginia, Brandon brings a laid-back personality, a love for great food, and plenty of creativity to our kitchen every day.

His 73 & Main favorites:

🐟 Go-to entrée: Chilean Sea Bass
🍔 Favorite night at 73: Wednesday! He loves getting the chance to visit the different local farms we work with and source from for our weekly Smash Burger Night.
