The Mt. Morris Jamboree recently announced the debut performance of local band Acoustic Axis on its bandshell stage on Aug. 15, when it will present a free concert from 7-9 p.m.

Where we live we are getting hammered by storms! As soon as it’s safe we will be in to open the restaurant! Thanks for understanding!

Update to my earlier post:
They returned to pay their bill, she was angry about it but it’s been paid!! If I thought it was just that they had fallen on hard times and were hungry I would have never made the post! Everyone that knows us knows we have provided meals for people that are struggling MANY times over the last year and half, free of charge. We donate food to the outside pantry at conover square frequently. Over the last 6 weeks we have given away approximately 1000 FREE lunches to children over the summer. Yes, some of our awesome customers helped with donations but most of it came out of our pocket. (And no I don’t write it off on my taxes either!) We believe in taking care of our community and helping anyway we can! Hopefully 🤞 we will never have this situation happen again!
