📣📣 Special Announcement📣📣

It's a "Passing of the Cup" season!

1 Peter 4:10
10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

Just a few short years ago I was given the opportunity to bring coffee back to Mount Joy, to which I had a resounding YES! I knew this time around I would need a full staff to accomplish what I wanted to accomplish. I've been blessed to keep the majority of my staff since day one, which has helped solidify a solid foundation!
I've balanced running this shop while running my Catering business Two P's in a Pot, and on top of that making time for my beautiful wife and three children. I knew a transition was coming, but I didn't know what it would look like. I was holding onto something I wasn't supposed to!
Fast forward to the now and we are happy to announce we are installing Erin Kready as the new Manager of Idea Coffee in Florin Hill! Erin has been with us since day one. I've shown her all that I could in this short transitional season and I am confident she has the abilities to carry this forward with her team that has given her full support!
I've appreciated every moment with you as a customer and a beautiful small town! This isn't a final goodbye, but a see you soon. I've learned in all my years to be a good steward of what God puts in front of you and he will take care of the rest. I will still be involved in the Company as a whole, but will definitely miss the daily interactions I've had with every single one of you! I trust you will give your full support to Erin and the rest of staff!

This sweet young man came in today and said,"Can you write this on a cup?" We talked thru it and instead put it on the bag with Nate's Famous Chocolate Chip Cookie inside. It's these small town moments I live for in running this shop! The big life moments we've walked thru together is what's made doing this job so easy. Seeing kids going from baby's to walking and running. Seeing kids graduate from High School and move on to College. Couples on first dates. Meetings for wedding planning! I've never did this for money but the love of serving a community and getting to know so many people!

P.s I hope this young man got the Yes!
