Now Hiring Experienced Server / Waitress
At El Diamante Mexican Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced, dependable waitress/server to join our fast-paced team!
This is NOT an easy serving job — we need someone who can move quickly, multitask under pressure, and handle the physical side of restaurant work with no problem.
Requirements:
* Previous serving or restaurant experience REQUIRED
* Must be fast-paced and able to stay organized during rushes
* Able to carry multiple plates safely
* Must be able to lift buckets of dishes, salsa, ice, etc.
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Team player with a good attitude
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Must be willing to work hard and stay busy
Responsibilities:
* Taking orders and serving customers efficiently
* Carrying trays and heavy plates
* Cleaning and resetting tables
* Helping keep the restaurant stocked and clean
* Assisting with side work and closing duties
* Providing excellent customer service in a high-energy environment
We need someone who is hardworking, motivated, and ready to jump in and help wherever needed. If you are lazy, constantly on your phone, or cannot handle fast-paced work, this position will not be a good fit.
