DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!
Most people that are familiar with my background know that I am a D.A.R. member, (Daughter of the American Revolution) and so was my grandmother.
Ancestry.com was not invented when my grandmother did all the research by using charcoal and paper on the gravestones of our relatives and had traced our family all the way back to England.
Arthur Middleton was one of the signers on The Declaration of Independence on July 04, 1776. As a family we grew up with a copy of the Declaration of Independence hanging prominently in our living room. As descendants of Arthur Middleton, we had that document committed to memory at an early age.
As I visualize Arthur Middleton’s signature, one of the Founding Father’s on the Declaration of Independence I cannot help but wonder if he wouldn’t be spinning like a lathe in his grave right now.
This election is clear; the two opponents have very different visions of the future of our nation. We the People are needed more than ever to stand up for what we believe in and cast a ballot for a leader that can navigate our country with purpose for all people of our United States.
Our rights are being trampled upon; we are being divided by hate, fearmongering, and the threat of Dictatorship.
We are being told that all of our courts are corrupted and that the Department of Justice will be replaced with people that show their allegiance to Trump over Country. Trump is interested only in being pardoned and is bloodthirsty for power.
Trump is enamored with Putin, and every other Dictator currently in power.
Trump wants America to leave NATO, he wants to expand the Executive powers and use the National Guard as his private security force.
Trump is a felon, and an Insurrectionist. Trump threatens his own Republican Party members with personal destruction if his actions are not followed.
Trump told his party NOT to push the Bi-Partisan Immigration bill through Congress and tied the hands of all of our elected officials to bring a solution to our border problem.
Mud-slinging during election years has increased more since Trump decided he wanted to be the most powerful person in office.
Trump started “fake news” and everything out of his mouth is a lie.
Trump thinks his followers won’t fact check his statements because he has a “Svengali” effect over his supporters and they will continue to follow him into the abyss by continuous misleading and confusing information.
Trump is very dangerous as a candidate, and unfit to hold the highest office of these United States. Don’t be fooled by his nonsensical rhetoric—do your own research.

Kamala Harris has proven her ability to conquer all obstacles with years of strong leadership.
Kamala is dedicated to uplifting the people of America. Kamala’s vision is of inclusion, not division and bias regardless of your gender, age, religious beliefs, who you love, or ethnicity.
We deserve transparency, a new direction that we can embrace and respect. Women have been sidelined for too long. Kamala wants to strengthen Social Security for seniors, and is an advocate for women's rights.
It is time that we rise up and stand with Kamala! Stand with Democracy and with a Founding Father and my ancestor, Arthur Middleton!
