Starting this Friday, the Prime 5 will be available from 3 PM until sold out, in addition to Prime 5 Wednesdays.

We make a limited amount each week to ensure every burger is exactly how we intended. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

As we settle into the slower summer season, we’ve decided to give ourselves one day each week to reset, prep, sharpen our craft, and spend a little time behind the scenes so we can give you our very best the rest of the week.

Beginning today, Butcher’s Nook will be closed on Tuesdays.

Everything else stays the same. Premium cuts. Handcrafted sandwiches. Great products. Great conversations. And a team that’s excited to welcome you every time you walk through our doors.

The Downtown has become one of those sandwiches.

Our take on the classic NYC pastrami and corned beef starts with quality ingredients and finishes with our own twist: caramelized onions, melted Gruyère, house Russian dressing, all pressed on a toasted ciabatta roll.

No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just a sandwich built with intention, inspired by the delis we grew up loving and the community we’ve been proud to serve.

A Little Family Time

After an incredible Father’s Day weekend, we’re taking today to recharge, spend time with our families, and enjoy a well-earned day off.

The support this weekend was nothing short of amazing. Every steak, sandwich, and conversation reminded us why we love being part of this community.

As a small, family-owned business, these moments matter. Today we’re trading the meat case for family time, good food, and making a few memories of our own.
