Autumn Leaves Festival is coming Downtown Mount Airy in a few days. Friday both our bake shop miss angels heavenly pies and icecream Hillbilly Gluten Free Bake Shop and Creamery will be open 830 am to 9 pm. Saturday both places will be open 830 am to 9 pm and Sunday we will be open from 1030 to 630. We will also be selling cinnamon apple donuts and fresh fried apple pies down by The Angry Troll parking lot. We will be sponsoring the first pie eating contest for the festival.

My son has been growing this giant pumpkin at virginia tech as a hobby for 4 months. He drove it home to get it weighed in elkin tomorrow. Guess the weight and closest by guess by tomorrow gets a free large pumpkin pie. Comment below before tomorrow afternoon

For mayberry days this week we will be open on Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm for all your savory pies and sweet treats. Friday and saturday we are open from 8 am to 9 pm and sunday 9 am to 6 pm

Today is my birthday, and anyone that purchases a pie, I will donate a dollar of that pie to the Alzheimer Association in honor of my mom. All I wanted for my birthday, was to spend it with my family, and to see my mom. And my wish will be granted. :)
