15 years of Rollin' Smoke! 🔥

Fifteen years ago we fired up the smoker for the first time, and we're still at it today because of YOU. To every customer who's ever waited in line, brought their family in for a drive thru run on Sunday, ordered a whole tray for a work party, or just kept coming back for more loaded potatoes... thank you. Chief & Snoogie's wouldn't be here without this community.

And to our incredible team... the ones showing up early to tend the smoker, working the window, and taking care of every single order... thank you for your dedication. Y'all are the heart of this place.

Here's to the last 15 years, and the many more to come. Come celebrate with us... same low & slow smoke, same love for Caddo, Alabama.
