Thanks everyone that came out on Saturday and got food, we had another sell out day❗️❗️ This weekend will be our last public outing of the year❗️ We will be at the Hettinger County fairgrounds for their fall event❗️❗️ Everything is open to the public❗️❗️ Come buy some food, have a drink, enter in the chili competition, just try some chili, play co****le, or bring a Pheasant for the longest tailfeather contest❗️❗️ We will open at 3 by the highway and at 5 we will move down by the building. Our menu will also be a little different and more comfort foody for a fall day. We will have Brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, loaded nachos, and loaded mac and cheese❗️❗️🔥🔥🔥 Hope to see people out there❗️❗️❗️

In case you couldn't smell it around town! Here is your friendly reminder that we'll be at 4 corners car wash tomorrow Saturday October 10th from 11am until sold out! We have sold out every time we've done this so don't wait around! Come hungry!!!

We will be open the next 2 weekends❗️❗️🔥🔥 This Saturday the 10th we will be open at 4 Corners Carwash here in Mott at 11 am until sold out! We are hoping to have enough food to take us into supper time (no guarantees)❗️❗️ We will have Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and sides of baked beans, coleslaw and elote (sorry, no mac and cheese this time, supplier issues). And on the 17th we will be at the fairgrounds for their fall event❗️ Menu to be announced next week for that❗️ We hope to see everyone on Saturday❗️ These will likely be our last public food truck events until next spring so make sure to come get your 100% woodfired BBQ fix❗️❗️❗️🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯

Thank you to everyone that came out today! Talk about a wild 3 hours! All we had left was a little pulled pork, everything else sold out! Pictured was our game day special which included 1 pound of brisket (below the ribs), 2 pounds of pulled pork, a half rack of ribs, 6 buns, and 1 pound of all 3 sides!

The last few weeks have been wild! We went to New England and did the food truck thing for their car show/ all school reunion which was our first out of town food truck event!. Then we had a family reunion catering which was the second time they have hired us (returning customers keep us moving)! Then yesterday we had a very large wedding catering to do all of the meat for, Congrats Will and Macy! Thanks to everyone that has gotten food from us over that period, you all rock! With that being said, our scheduled events are basically done! Gonna spend the next month with the family then look for the food truck to open up a few times this fall!!!
