New on our substack. The story of Legacy espresso blend. We are doing some deep dives on our coffees this summer. Creating blends using all, hight quality specialty grade coffees is rare. Roasters use blends to hide defective coffee, use up old coffee, or create higher profit margin coffees by adding "blenders" which are cheap, often not good tasting, beans. This coffee is made from stand-out single origin coffees, each worthy of it's own bag. Substack: Coffee with Half Mile
