New on our substack. The story of Legacy espresso blend. We are doing some deep dives on our coffees this summer. Creating blends using all, hight quality specialty grade coffees is rare. Roasters use blends to hide defective coffee, use up old coffee, or create higher profit margin coffees by adding "blenders" which are cheap, often not good tasting, beans. This coffee is made from stand-out single origin coffees, each worthy of it's own bag. Substack: Coffee with Half Mile

We are open today! (Wednesday) 8am - 2 pm. Our signature drink is the Zapata. It's the last day. Inspired by the flavors in the Mexican coffee, Cafe de Olla, our latte shares the flavors in that cup. Ceylon cinnamon, Mexican style cane sugar and a little orange zest is the base and we top it with sparkling sugar infused with orange peels. We are open tomorrow (Wednesday) May 27! Come by and say hi! Nicole will be on the espresso machine for the day. Our signature drink is the Zapata, a Mexican inspired latte, with ceylon cinnamon, mexican style cane sugar, and a little orange zest, topped with sparkling orange infused sugar. Everyone who has had it has loved it so far! We will have coffee on the shelf for purchase.

Open tomorrow (Wednesday) 8 am - 2 pm. We have The Zapata for the rest of May. This Mexican inspired specialty drink has ceylon cinnamon and a hint of orange, sweetened with panela, which is a mexican cane sugar. Our regular espresso is our Legacy Espresso Blend and we will have Super Natural on pour over tomorrow.
