Update: Sterling sustained muscle injuries which will take him some time to feel comfortable to walk. He wobbles when he tries to stand & still hesitates to walk. Anyone who got hit with a truck that size would take some time to get back to normal. Poor baby got banged up pretty bad, but thankfully, there were no fractures or serious internal damage.
Our plans for the week have been totally disrupted. For this reason, we decided to take this weekend off to care for Sterling while heโs still in a fragile condition. In our hurried lives as parents & running a small business on top of Nateโs 9-5 job, we want to take this moment to spend quality time together and recover from the chaos of this week. Life is so fleeting. This entire experience has left us traumatized. As a mother, it broke my heart to watch my child go through so much overwhelming pain. He has been through a lot this week.
The good news is Sterling is expected to have a full recovery. We are eternally grateful to God & the prayers of our loved ones and also our customers. Thank you for your kind words of comfort and support.
We look forward to be back to normal soon.
