With an extremely heavy heart, I must announce that Neerly Southern will no longer be a full time food truck effective June 1, 2025. I seriously can’t thank you guys enough for this adventure. Since childhood, my passion has always been cooking. My dream has always been owning my own restaurant. Because of the Good Lord & YOU, I was able to live my dream for the last 2 years. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough! Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how good of a product you have or serve, you can’t make people buy it. The harsh reality is that it now takes 3 events to profit what we were doing in 1 event. Times are HARD! Not just for us, but for everyone. Just a sign of the times, I suppose.

What’s next? While we do plan to remain open, we will only have weekend availability (Friday & Saturday).

Again, THANK YOU for believing in me more than I believe myself sometimes. Being in the kitchen and cooking for others, will always be my happy place-the place where I feel like I have a purpose. I pray I’ll have the opportunity to find that happy place full time again in the future. Until then, I’ll see you around!
