Well… I bet you are all wondering what’s going on?
Here’s the cold hard truth. It didn’t provide enough income to hire an employee. It’s also to busy to run alone. I didn’t sign up to sit in there 15 hours a day to just get by. I haven’t got rid of it and I don’t know if I even will. At this time and moment I’m just burnt out dealing with it. I might open it up at a later date, when my mood shifts and I feel the need to push further or I might just rent it out for special occasions (bday,weddings, etc..). If I come by a restaurant manager that I feel is qualified to run it. Then I’ll probably hire them and have another go. Right now I just don’t know. I’m busy doing other stuff for the summer and the wheel isn’t priority. Yes it’ll be running full throttle some day. It’s just not today.
