We’re excited to welcome POMA COFFEE RESEARCH to the shop.

We first met Jacob Lund and the POMA team at World of Coffee in San Diego during their bar takeover at Rikka Fika | Coffee & Bakery, where they served us a beautiful Washed Typica Mejorado from Jose Ignacio Jijon .

POMA is a coffee research and cultivation company based in Copenhagen. Through controlled trials in Denmark and with partner farms around the world, they’re exploring how coffee can be grown under changing conditions. The coffees they roast are a direct result of that work.

We’re excited to share that work with you. POMA is now available on retail, with coffees rolling onto the bar in the coming weeks ✨
