Hi Folks. I hope that you are all well and looking forward to the holidays. I am taking a little down time. However, I am repairing some old equipment, and seeking some new equipment that will efficiently prepare for small events (10-20 guests).
On a number of occasions, I have been asked what style of BBQ do I provide. Really, I am not sure. I would have to say that it is definitely southern, and depending on what I am cooking, it can range from Carolina to Texas style.
My roots are definitely deep south, as this attached photo of me at about 7 years of age, outside the tar-paper shack, where I was then,living in rural Mississippi, will show. I got to see and eat some fantastic BBQ .
REGARDING THE PHOTO: it has only been in somewhat recent years, that I have been comfortable openly sharing about the socio-economic distanceI had to travel.
