On behalf of the Pub family, we are deeply saddened by last night’s incident. Our hearts go out to the parties involved and we pray that everyone makes a full recovery, physically and emotionally. We have intentionally refrained from posting about the matter until the police had a chance to issue a press release. In an attempt to squash rumors about over-serving, we would like to add that the “adult male” mentioned in the release was not served alcohol at our establishment. He did not attempt to order alcohol; he bought food for his girlfriend and shot pool. Out of respect for the parties involved and the ongoing investigation, we will not be sharing any further information. We will continue to remain vigilant in keeping patrons safe. We are all part of the same human race; when one person hurts, we all hurt. Let’s prevent these tragedies from ever happening and be kind to one another.
