No detail is too small when creating a restaurant that will help and not hurt your health. Food is medicine. Did you know that table salt will increase your blood pressure but not all salt will do that?

They don't use seed oils, they have sour dough pizza and use organic ingredients when possible. This is the type of restaurant I love to support.
