I know I might be sharing this a lot, but voting for the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame ends November 12th, and this means more to me than I can put into words.

We came SO close last year, and this year we're up against some even bigger names. But this isn't just about me, my family, or my BBQ truck. This is about Morrilton.

It's about showing what happens when a community truly comes together. A small business started with a dream, a smoker, and a desire to make great food and give back can make a real difference. And together, we have a chance to bring something home that our entire town can be proud of.

Please, take a minute to vote and share it with everyone you can. Your support means more than you'll ever know.

And whether we win or lose, nothing changes. We'll keep serving the best BBQ we can, keep feeding people who need it, and keep showing up for our community. We're still serving free Thanksgiving meals at the Rialto because giving back is bigger than any award.

This is about more than BBQ. It's about community, pride, and what we can accomplish when we stand behind one another.

How much better can this day get?

WE MADE IT TO THE VOTING STAGE! 🔥

Thank y’all so much for taking the time to nominate me. This means more than you know!

We’ve done some awesome things with this business, from feeding over 400 servings of chili last year to helping provide over 10,000 meals this year. We’ll be feeding hundreds more at Thanksgiving at the Rialto, and our goal is to hit 20,000 meals by the end of this year!

Of course, I’m hungry for that 1st place! But this is about more than Salty Dalty’s. Winning would be an opportunity to put Morrilton on the map as a food destination and show people that something special is happening right here in our little town.

Let’s bring it home this time! 🏆🔥

The Arkansas Food Hall of Fame is the perfect place to honor our unique foods, legendary restaurants, remarkable cooks, and influential food entrepreneurs, as well as culturally significant festivals and events.

Thank you to everyone at Fox 16 for an awesome experience! There were only about 5 news casters there, but the moment the news was done, about 10 more people came out of no where to flock towards the food 😂

It was truly a wonderful experience ❤️

I do want to apologize for not having time to talk about Thanksgiving at the Rialto. The interview started and ended before I even realized. But one of the news anchors said they'll post about it on her page!

And if you pre-order a turkey for Thanksgiving, remember that 25% of all the profits go towards helping to feed those that may not be able to feed themselves this Thanksgiving!

Well, today’s the day we should find out if we’ve made it to the voting stage for the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame! Here’s to being hopeful

On the BBQ front, we’ve already had some pretty hefty brisket orders come through today, so if you’re wanting brisket, come early or shoot me a message!

80 lbs of chicken and y’all absolutely WIPED ME OUT! My warmers were loaded, and y’all cleared out the chicken AND everything else!

📺 FRIDAY: We'll be closed as we head to Little Rock to be on Fox 16's weekly food spotlight! We'll be promoting Salty Dalty's and our upcoming Thanksgiving feast at the Rialto. Look at us, getting all fancy and stuff.
