People see the finished product — the food coming out hot, drinks flowing, smiling faces, and a fun festival setup.

What they don’t always see is this part 👀

This is what setting up and tearing down a restaurant for a weekend looks like. Coolers, bins, ingredients, equipment, supplies everywhere, checklists in hand, and a whole lot of organized chaos 😂

Every festival means loading, hauling, setting up, stocking, prepping, serving… then packing it all back up and doing it in reverse after a long day.

It’s a lot of work behind the scenes, but seeing everyone enjoy what we create makes every trip, every bin, and every late night worth it.
