One of our lovely regulars at suggested a pie they experienced while visiting Alsace, France. The Tarte Flambée features a crème fraîche base, crispy bacon, sautéed onions, caraway, and just a pinch of nutmeg! We loved it and will feature the rest of the weekend, so stop down sometime!

On this week’s episode of, “you can totally booze up your childhood faves and no one will think you have a problem”, we turned the viral cranberry tart into a pop tart! We spiced up our pie dough and stuffed it with limoncello and cognac infused cranberry curd! Limoncello glaze and a little dusting of pumpkin spice made for a fun finish!

Happy Halloween 🎃! These Dirt Coffins were scary good! Mom used to make dirt all the time for church…she would even put it in a flower pot! We went a little rogue last night with Tequila-lime Pudding, and tequila soaked gummy worms to really set it off! (No chickpea flour was harmed in the making of this dessert)

Talk about a ! Coffee and infused stuffed with Symphony bars and flecked with sea salt! A little Butter Pecan ice cream set the whole dish off! Recipe is one of my fiancée’s faves from his incredible aunt, !
