A little Labor Day reminder that summer isn’t quite over yet.

Thankfully, it’s finally feeling a little more like fall outside — but we’ve still got some summer favorites hanging around.

This is the last week for our Peach Cobbler. After that, it’s on to something new… we’ve already got the next cobbler in the works, but we’re keeping that one under wraps for now.

Our summer tomatoes are also getting close to the finish line, with probably another week or two left.

So come get your peaches and tomatoes while you still can.

We’re open 11–9 today for Labor Day.

Local farms, better food.

One of the farms we’re proud to support here at the Hedge is The Growing Space - Morganton. We love being able to work with local growers and put ingredients from our own community on the plate.

Right now, you can find their pork featured in our lunch special; Pork Katsu — crispy pork, house made kimchi, cucumbers, and asian bbq sauce.

Supporting local farmers means supporting the people who help make our food possible. We’re grateful to have The Growing Space in our corner.

Whether you're taking a break from the cookout, looking for dinner before the fireworks, or just not in the mood to cook, we'd love to see you.

Blueberry season has officially arrived at the Hedge!

As strawberry season winds down, we're making the switch to blueberries with a couple of new favorites;

Our cheesecake is now a Blueberry Goat Basque Cheesecake topped with blueberry compote, basil whipped cream, olive oil, & sea salt—rich, creamy, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy.

Behind the bar, we're pouring a Berry Basil Smash made with rye wh***ey, blueberry basil syrup, and fresh lemon.

Whether you're stopping in for dinner, drinks, or just dessert, it's a pretty good time to be a blueberry fan.

It's too hot to turn on the oven.

Lucky for you, ours is already on.

Tonight we're serving up our new Tomato Pie with local heirloom tomatoes and an American Wagyu Steak Frites that we're pretty proud of.
