The Chubster gets its name from what the whole “log” of bologna is called - a chub.

We smoke the bologna chub and then slice it very thick to put on the sandwich. Top it with melted government cheese and slather the brioche bun with honey mustard.

This special is available for dine in or take out 11am to 7pm today.

Our Sesame Carrot Salad is light, tasty, and pairs with brisket nicely.

Sweet and sour sauce along with bits of fresh garlic is rounded out by the sesame oil. So good.

If you have not tried it yet…come by and enjoy some today. It is on the menu as a side item and we also have containers of it in the Grab and Go cooler.
