The Meat Machine is officially paid off!
Smoked N Loaded would sincerely like to thank every soul who has graced our window over the past 25 months! We honestly didn't know if this day would ever come, from a total new engine and transmission replacement to every imaginable breakdown occurring at the most inopportune times. We finally made it across the finish line. 60% of Food Trucks fail in the first 2 years. That number approaches a 77% failure rate when starting with a monthly truck payment. All of you are a special piece of this crazy concept. Vicki, we could never have made it without you! ❤ We are now laser-focused on easily repeatable items that speed up service times. A bigger smoker and a couple more pieces of equipment will catapult us to the level of production I have dreamed of.
